Solar 42 is a generative album by Andrew Huang, consisting of multiple simultaneous audio playlists. Each time the webpage loads, recordings populate the playlists in randomized orders, with some probability weighting to determine whether some files are excluded. This means the album will be different - sometimes dramatically so - with every listen.

All sounds were created with the Elta Solar 42^N experimental electro-acoustic instrument, which Andrew featured in his Weird Gear series. The album's component sounds are also available as a sample pack.
